3.2 Third-Party Analytics Provider​

We use PostHog, Inc., a third-party analytics provider, to provide session replay and analytics services. PostHog processes your interaction data solely for our business purposes under strict data processing agreements. For EU/EEA residents, data is stored in PostHog's EU servers located in Frankfurt, Germany.

3.3 Liability Protection​

You acknowledge that our use of session replay technology does not constitute unauthorized surveillance, wiretapping, or invasion of privacy, as you have provided explicit consent through your continued use of our Services after being informed of these practices.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, we shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from our collection, processing, or use of session replay data in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
